2 Spanish onions - small dice 5mm 1
3 sultanas 150 g
4 ginger - grated 5 g
5 sugar 60 g
6 apple cider 120 ml
7 cider vinegar 60 ml
8 cinnamon stick 1
9 cloves 3
10 bay leaf 1

Place all ingredients in large pot, cook at the lowest simmer possible for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until
the chutney is cohesive and the vegetables are cooked well. Season to taste.
