2 Water 30 ml
3 Raspberries frozen 100 g
4 Lemon juice 1/4

Place sugar, water and raspberries into a saucepan
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes
Blend coulis and pass through sieve to remove seeds
Adjust consistency and season with lemon juice.
