Orange Caramel Sauce

1 Sugar 80 g
2 Water 30 ml
3 Orange Juice 80 ml
4 Arrowroot 1 tsp

Place water and sugar into a pot, bring to boil and let caramelise. When slightly coloured add the orange juice. Re-boil and add arrowroot mixture as needed and cook out until lightly thickened.
