Tomato Basil Puree

1 Tomato puree 150 ml
2 Onion 1/4
3 Garlic 2 cloves
4 Thyme 2 sprigs chopped
5 Basil fresh 1 sprig chiffonade
6 oil 10 ml

Heat oil and saute onion and garlic.
Add tomato puree being careful not to splash. Cook 5 minutes
Add thyme and Basil, remove from heat.
