1. Preheat oven to 160c and spray, and line cake pan with baking paper
2. Place cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in robo coupe
3. Blend with vanilla beans, slowly add eggs
4. Add corn flour
5. Remove from robo coupe
6. Add to blind baked short crust pastry and bake at 150c for around 30 minutes or until set (this time will all depend on the size of the cheese cake so be careful not to overbake)
