Microwave chocolate sponge cake

1 Sugar 100 g
2 Eggs 2
3 Milk 2 tbsp
4 Melted butter 100 g
5 Self Raising Flour 80 g
6 Cocoa powder 20 g

1. Whisk together the sugar, eggs and milk
2. Add the melted butter and whisk
3. Add sifted flour and cocoa powder, whisk
4. Butter and sugar 6 individual ramekins
5. Pour batter into ramekins
6. Microwave each one for 45 seconds (depending on power of microwave)
7. Turn out immediately and serve with Raspberry Coulis.
