1 Milk 1/3 cup
2 Sugar 30 g
3 Coffee espresso shot 50 ml
4 Vanilla bean ½
5 Egg yolk 2

1. Heat milk and vanilla bean gently on a low heat. Simmer 5 minutes
2. Combine egg yolks, sugar and coffee shot
3. Add hot milk to creamed mixture and return to the stove.
4. Gently heat until sauce thickens
