1 White chocolate, chopped 300 g
2 Cream 500 ml
3 Egg yolks 4

1. Place the chocolate and cream in a pan over low heat, stir until smooth
2. Remove from the heat and whisk in the egg yolks
3. Pour into the tart shell and bake at 140°C for 25 minutes or until the tart is just set
4. Refrigerate until cold and firm
5. Serve with Coffee anglaise
