1 Butter, softened 50 g
2 Sugar 50 g
3 Honey 1/2 Tbsp
4 Egg yolk 1
5 Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
6 Self raising flour 110 g

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Beat in the honey and egg yolk
3. Add the cinnamon and flour, mix to a soft dough
4. Roll teaspoonfuls of dough
5. Place on greased trays
6. Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes
7. Cool on wire racks
8. Store in sealed containers
