Apple & Blackberry Pie Filling

1 Apples granny smith - peeled, cored, diced 4
2 Blackberries frozen 100 g
3 Brown sugar ½ cup
4 Corn flour 2 tablsp
5 Cinnamon ground ½ tsp
6 Nutmeg ground pinch

1. Combine filling ingredients together and place into pie shells
2. Cut small holes in pastry lid or create a lattice pattern
3. Bake 50 minutes covered with foil 160°C, remove foil and bake a further 15 minutes until golden
4. Remove and cool on wire racks.
5. To serve: re-heat and plate with appropriate decoration, sauce and garnish.
