1. Combine together the butter, sugar, salt and flavourings with a beater until no lumps are present.
2. Gradually add the eggs, mix lightly
3. Add the flour, mix to a smooth paste (do not overmix)
4. Rest in the cool room
5. Roll out thinly in individual flan cases
6. Dock and blind bake the pastry lightly
