1. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nuts, vanilla and citrus zest in a large bowl and stir together.
2. Add the eggs, yolks and liqueur and mix to combine.
3. Roll into logs 4cm wide and place on buttered trays.
4. Chill 20 minutes
5. Bake at 180°C for 10 – 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool
6. Reduce heat to 160°C. Thinly slice the logs, return the slices to the trays and bake another 5 minutes. Don’t over bake or they will become hard.
