Vanilla crepes with Cointreau Butter

1 Plain flour 1 cup
2 Milk 2 cup
3 Eggs 3
4 Butter 30 g
5 Cointreau 45 ml
6 Orange juice 45 ml
7 Vanilla essence to taste

1. Sift flour, whisk milk and eggs together and combine with flour. Make sure mixture is smooth.
2. Heat pan gently and lightly grease
3. Ladle mixture into the pan, should be thin I n consistency and in thickness
4. Repeat until mixture is used and keep crepes warm to the side
5. Heat butter in pan and add Cointreau, flambe to burn alcohol
6. Add orange juice and reduce slightly
7. Pour butter over crepes and serve with strawberry and orange
