3 Flour, plain 25 g
4 Flaked almonds 18 g
5 Butter, melted 18 g

1. Whisk the egg whites and sugar until slightly frothy
2. Gently fold in the flour, almonds and butter
3. Place dessertspoons of the mixture on a lightly greased baking tray, leaving space between for them to spread, sprinkle with icing sugar
4. Bake the biscuits at 240°C for 4 – 5 minutes
5. Remove and lay over greased rolling pins to shape. Leave until cool.
