2 Cream 600 ml
3 Star anise 4
4 Cardamom 8

1. Gently heat cream with cardamom and star anise
2. Bring honey to boil in small pan, simmer until caramelised approx. 3 minutes
3. Add cream into honey, simmer to thicken. Serve hot with puddings.
