1 Chocolate 250 g
2 Water 350 ml
3 Sugar 60 g
4 Cream 50 ml

1. Grate or chop the chocolate and place in a pan with the water and sugar. Bring to the boil and simmer very gently for 20 minutes.
2. Add the cream to the sauce, mix in quickly and pass through a fine strainer. Serve warm or at room temperature.
